6-month paid internship – Process Transformation & Digitalisation

The Eurofins network is currently looking for an intern to join the Process Transformation and Digitalisation team in the corporate office in Brussels, Belgium.
Join us for a hands-on internship where you will learn, grow, and make a real impact. As an intern, you will help to review, streamline, improve, and digitalise key processes across the Eurofins network, including for corporate offices and laboratories. Your work will help enhance the efficiency and innovation that supports the continued growth and success of Eurofins companies worldwide.
Responsibilities
During this internship, you will support process transformation projects across the Eurofins network. Working closely with experienced colleagues and business stakeholders, you will contribute to:
Process Improvement & Transformation: You will analyse existing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness. You will support the definition of project objectives, deliverables, and implementation plans, and contribute to documenting current and future processes.
Business Analysis: You will gather and analyse data to identify process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities. You will also prepare presentations, reports, and recommendations for project stakeholders, while being involved in workshops and discussions with operational teams.
Digital Transformation: You will collaborate with operational and IT teams to support the design and implementation of digital solutions. You will participate in testing activities to ensure new tools meet business requirements and help collect user feedback and identify enhancement opportunities.
Change Management & Project Support: You will assist with communication, training, and adoption activities related to process changes. The objective is to track project progress and support coordination across stakeholders, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Some exciting projects the Process Transformation and Digitalisation team has overseen:
Project 1 – To further enhance data accuracy and operational efficiency, a global HR database incorporating all Eurofins employees was developed and underlying processes were improved.
Project 2 – To strengthen business governance and support strategic decision-making, a global compliance tool with key approval flow features was created and launched.
Project 3 – The IT Finance Controlling team received tailored solutions to further improve the budget review process for management teams.
This internship is compensated. To apply, you must provide either an internship agreement or be eligible for a CIP (Convention d’Immersion Professionnelle) contract.
Start date: February 2027.
Duration: 6 months.
Location: Brussels, Belgium.

Education: You are enrolled in a master’s degree in sciences, engineering, business, or a related field. Previous internships experience in external consulting, transformation projects, or similar positions is a plus.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (oral and written); additional languages are a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI etc.). Experience with digitalisation tools or process automation platforms is an advantage.
Personal Skills: Good interpersonal & communication skills, analytical mindset with the ability to suggest innovative solutions.
