Overview
Toradex Solutions Inc. is a premier provider of high-tech electronics design, and full cycle product development and manufacture in the GTA. We are seeking an individual who is ready to give their best to join us as we pursue new and exciting technologies.
We are currently searching for an ambitious and highly motivated Logistics Assistant to support our Shipping/Receiving and Inventory departments
Duties
Support shipping and receiving operations in accordance with safety standards and company policies.
Assist with project inventory and kitting.
Support quarterly and annual inventory counts.
Coordinate with carriers to obtain pricing, arrange shipments, and prepare required shipping and receiving documentation.
Maintain accurate inventory records and transactions.
Handle, store, and pack parts, systems, and materials according to established procedures.
Coordinate with the team to ensure on-time customer deliveries.
Maintain shipping supplies.
Keep parts and supplies clean, organized, and properly stored.
Qualifications
Recent post-secondary graduate preferred.
Electronics industry experience is an asset.
Must be willing to travel to our U.S. office for training and support and hold a valid passport for U.S. travel.
Experience in warehouse distribution, supply chain management, or a related field.
Comfortable using computers, automated business equipment, and related technology.
Working knowledge of MS Dynamics is an asset.
Experience with shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, packaging, and material handling.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in maintaining inventory accuracy and documentation.
