How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Perform and review Interco activities including reporting, ontime analysis/reconciliations in line with quality and Group standards
1. Intercompany Financial Operations
• Processing of invoices, credit notes, urgent payments, and advance payments.
• Daily reconciliation of intercompany customer and supplier accounts.
• General Ledger analysis, journal postings, and month-end closing according to the corporate calendar.
• Preparation and publication of reporting packages in IRIS and support for the ALNET cycle.
2. Control & Quality
• Implementation and execution of process controls and audit activities.
• KPI/SLA monitoring, issue reporting, and escalation management.
• Investigating and resolving gaps between ERP and IRIS systems.
3. Process Management & Team Support
• Mapping, updating, and maintaining Desktop Procedures (DTPs) in line with corporate standards.
• Process optimization, harmonization, and executing workshadowing/migration.
• Training and guiding junior team members.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration
• Daily interaction with internal teams, local entities, customers, and suppliers.
• Acting as the first point of contact for operational escalations.

Are you a MATCH?
Degree in Accounting / Financial / Management / Economy
Experience in Business Services Center is a plus
Experience in a multinational company is desirable
Intermediate in English (written and spoken)
Extra languages are valued (e.g. Arabic; Spanish; French; Italian; German; Swedish)
