Passionate about data and sustainability? Our Sustainable Management team, within Asset Services, is looking for an analytical, curious, process-driven person who wants to learn and contribute to how we collect, organize and leverage ESG data across our real estate portfolio.
About the role
Our Sustainable Management area is responsible for the operational implementation of sustainability strategies, and for tracking and collecting ESG data across our assets. We are evolving this role into a junior profile focused on ESG data and reporting, supporting the optimization and standardization of data collection, control and analysis processes, under the supervision of the Sustainability Coordinator, with real growth potential within the team.

Key responsibilities
ESG data strategy and processes
Support the definition and optimization of ESG data collection, organization and standardization processes (consumption, waste, certifications, etc.) across portfolio assets
Assess the quality and consistency of data received from vendors, property managers and technical teams, identifying issues and proposing improvements
Collaborate with data platform providers (e.g. Deepki) to ensure they function correctly
Reporting and follow-up
Support the preparation of ESG reporting (GRESB, EPRA sBPR, investor reports, etc.)
Track deadlines and coordinate information delivery with teams and assets
Consolidate and analyze data for periodic dashboards and reports
Tools and automation
Support the implementation and improvement of data control and monitoring tools
Identify opportunities to automate manual, time-consuming data collection processes
Maintain and improve Excel and Power BI tracking tools
Coordination
Collaborate continuously with the Sustainability, Property Management, Technical Management and other teams to ensure data availability and quality
Requirements
Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Environmental Sciences, Business Administration, International Relations or similar
1-2 years of experience related to sustainability and ESG, preferably in Real Estate
ESG knowledge: main reporting standards and frameworks (GRESB, EPRA sBPR, GRI, EU Taxonomy or others), building sustainability certifications (BREEAM, LEED, etc.) and basic physical climate risk concepts
Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data tracking models)
Power BI: building and maintaining dashboards
Advanced PowerPoint for reporting and presentations
Interest and knowledge in data modeling and analysis
Genuine interest in sustainability and the real estate sector
High level of English (C1)
Nice to have
Basic programming skills (e.g. Python or VBA) for data processing and automation
Knowledge of RPA (robotic process automation) for automating repetitive tasks
Competencies
Analytical mindset and attention to detail, able to spot data inconsistencies
Proactive in proposing and driving improvements and automations
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple assets, deadlines and vendors in parallel
Strong communication and coordination skills with internal and external teams
Autonomous and a strong team player
