IT Process Lead - AMC Segment

Work Model: You’ll work in a hybrid model, onsite at your designated Regal Rexnord location at least 3 days per week (Monday–Thursday), with flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days, including Friday.

Position Overview
The IT Process Lead for the Automation & Motion Control (AMC) Segment is responsible for defining, governing, and continuously improving standardized business processes and supporting technologies across the segment. This role serves as a key liaison between Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Information Technology, and Regional Business Services (RBS) to drive process standardization, ERP governance, compliance, and operational excellence across global manufacturing locations.
The successful candidate will lead the deployment and adoption of standardized business processes, support ERP implementations and enhancements, establish performance metrics, and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements. This role requires strong business process expertise, manufacturing knowledge, and the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple sites and functions.
Location Preference
Candidates based in the Chicago, IL or Milwaukee, WI area are preferred due to the significant on-site engagement requirement supporting facilities across Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Virginia, as well as other AMC locations as business needs dictate. Qualified remote candidates from other U.S. locations will also be considered, provided they can meet the business needs of the role and travel approximately 75% of the time to support multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
Process Governance & Standardization
Own and govern standardized business processes across the AMC Segment.
Define, document, maintain, and continuously improve ERP and application-related business process standards.
Drive adoption of Model Plant standards and best practices across manufacturing locations.
Evaluate process deviations and partner with business leaders to ensure alignment with segment standards.
Establish and maintain process documentation, procedures, work instructions, and governance frameworks.
ERP & Technology Leadership
Translate business requirements into scalable technical and system requirements.
Serve as the segment process owner during ERP implementations, upgrades, acquisitions, and system enhancements.
Validate standard processes and ensure consistent deployment across locations.
Partner with IT and business stakeholders to develop solutions aligned with ERP and application best practices.
Support testing, validation, documentation, and deployment of new technologies and system changes.
Compliance & Risk Management
Lead efforts to achieve and maintain CMMC Level 2 compliance at designated sites.
Develop and implement standardized compliance procedures for deployment across additional locations.
Ensure business processes support corporate security, audit, and regulatory requirements.
Partner with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate operational and technology-related risks.
Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, quality, and operational performance through technology and process enhancements.
Lead and participate in Continuous Improvement (CI) and Regal Business System (RBS) initiatives.
Utilize data and analytics to drive fact-based decision making and process improvements.
Support lean manufacturing and operational excellence initiatives across the segment.
Performance Measurement & Change Management
Establish, monitor, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to process adoption, standardization, compliance, and business performance.
Drive organizational change management and user adoption for new systems and processes.
Provide training, coaching, and subject matter expertise to site and functional teams.
Influence stakeholders across sites and functions to promote consistent execution of business standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Purchasing, Logistics, IT, and RBS teams.
Facilitate alignment on future-state processes and technology roadmaps.
Support strategic initiatives requiring coordination across multiple business units and geographic regions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Fluent in English.
5+ years of experience supporting ERP systems, manufacturing operations, business process improvement, or process ownership roles.
Experience with enterprise ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Business Central, NetSuite, QAD, or similar systems.
Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing operations and global business environments.
Demonstrated success implementing standardized processes across multiple locations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Experience utilizing data and KPIs to drive process improvements and business decisions.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive organizational change without direct authority.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Experience leading ERP implementations, upgrades, or large-scale transformation initiatives.
Experience supporting cybersecurity, CMMC, or regulatory compliance programs.
Knowledge of manufacturing, production, supply chain, and warehouse operations.
Experience within a global manufacturing organization.
ERP, PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt, APICS, or related certifications.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other data analytics tools.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and Operational Excellence methodologies.
Experience in regulated industries such as aerospace, medical device, defense, or highly controlled manufacturing environments.
Other Requirements
Ability to travel up to 75% domestically and internationally.
Ability to work effectively across multiple time zones and global locations.
Occasional support outside normal business hours during implementations, upgrades, or critical business events.
Pay Transparency
Expected Base Salary Range: $75,000 - $120,000
The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for this position. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, the geographic market of that location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons among other potential factors.
