We’re looking for a Technical Operations & Order Management Specialist to join us in Bogotá, Colombia (Fontibón – On-site)
Your Role
Provide operational and technical support to the platform by ensuring accurate order processing, monitoring operational workflows, managing system incidents, and maintaining platform stability.
The role of Technical Operations & Order Management Specialist will involve:
• Support Rx Verification workflows
• Monitor operational order flow
• Manage special orders
• Coordinate IT tickets
• Track SLA compliance
• Monitor operational backlog
• Support workflow continuity
• Coordinate with technical and operational teams
• Drive continuous operational improvements
Your Experience:
• 1–2 years in Technical Operations, Order Management, Functional Support, IT Coordination, or Operational Support environments
• Degree or advanced studies in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related disciplines
• Advanced Excel and experience with Order Management Systems
• Familiarity with Workflow Platforms and IT Ticketing Systems
• Experience with SLA Monitoring and KPI Analysis• Process Improvement mindset
It would be desirable if you had:
• English proficiency (B1/B2 preferred)• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and maintain operational continuity

Salary information for role: Competitively aligned with local market; details provided during interview
Any additional legal requirements: On-site presence required; Monday–Friday, with one Saturday per month (08:00–12:00) and occasional holiday support
