Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack .NET Developer

In this role, you will: Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments Contribute to large scale planning of strategies Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Experience supporting and resolving Production, QA, and UAT defects. Experience deploying applications in QA, UAT, and Production environments. Experience with API development tools such as Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI . Hands-on experience developing enterprise applications using C#, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, .NET Core/.NET 6+ . Strong experience designing and developing RESTful APIs, Microservices, and distributed systems . Experience building web applications using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript , and modern UI frameworks such as Angular or React . Strong experience in software engineering with Microsoft technology stack. Experience with CI/CD and deployment tools such as Jenkins, Harness, Azure DevOps, UDeploy, Liquibase, SonarQube , or equivalent. Desired Qualifications: Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and OpenShift (OCP) . Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, or AWS . Familiarity with messaging and integration technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Azure Service Bus . Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, or Grafana . Good understanding of AI/GenAI technologies and enterprise AI integration patterns. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to a high-performing engineering Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Design (OOD), SOLID principles, design patterns, and clean coding practices . Extensive experience with Microsoft SQL Server , including database design, stored procedures, query optimization, indexing, and performance tuning. Experience developing and supporting SSIS packages, ETL processes, and data integration solutions . Experience with ORM frameworks such as Entity Framework/Entity Framework Core . Experience with SOAP and REST Web Services . Experience across the full SDLC, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support using Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills. Experience managing multiple application environments (Development, QA, UAT, Production). Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of application security, vulnerability remediation, and secure coding practices.
