Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
Create memorable experiences: Welcome and engage with guests, anticipate their needs, and provide personalized assistance throughout their dining experience.
Make every occasion special: Support special requests, celebrations, and VIP arrangements with care and professionalism.
Listen and make it right: Respond to guest questions, feedback, and concerns promptly, following up when needed to ensure satisfaction.
Work as one team: Coordinate closely with service, kitchen, and management teams to ensure smooth service, seating, and an exceptional guest experience.
Stay organized and informed: Maintain accurate guest preferences, reservations, and service notes while communicating special requests with the relevant teams.
Represent our brand: Maintain Hilton service, grooming, and professional standards while creating positive and lasting impressions for our guests.
