Lead Architect - Cyber Security Operations Center (C-SOC) Design, DPR & RFP Formulation

The Lead Architect shall be responsible for designing the target Cyber Security Operations Center (C-SOC) architecture, preparing the Detailed Project Report (DPR), technology sizing, Bill of Materials (BoM/BoQ), technical specifications, and supporting the end-to-end bid management process for selection of the System Integrator (SI). The role will ensure alignment with the Client's IT and Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity requirements and applicable guidelines issued by CEA, CERT-In, NCIIPC, MeitY, and other statutory authorities
Key Responsibilities
Conduct IT and OT cybersecurity assessment and requirement analysis.
Design C-SOC architecture, security monitoring framework, and implementation roadmap.
Prepare DPR, BoM/BoQ, CAPEX/OPEX estimates, and technical specifications.
Draft technical RFPs, evaluation criteria, KPIs, and SLAs.
Support bid evaluation, vendor selection, and pre-bid activities.
Review implementation designs, monitor project progress, and support UAT/FAT and Go-Live activities.
Engage with stakeholders and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Cyber Security, Instrumentation, or related discipline.
Master's degree (M.Tech/MCA/MBA in Information Security or Technology Management) preferred.
Relevant professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, SABSA, TOGAF, GICSP, IEC 62443, CEH, GIAC, or equivalent shall be desirable
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity architecture, SOC design, security consulting, or security engineering.
Experience in preparing DPRs, RFPs, technical specifications, BoM/BoQ, and technology sizing for cybersecurity projects.
Experience in SOC/SIEM/SOAR, OT/ICS/SCADA security, and critical infrastructure environments is preferred
