Data and AI Intern

YOUR MISSION
We are looking for a Data and AI Intern that will support Richemont Customer Service team in getting new insights on customer service and after sales service.
She/he will help to leverage data value by building root/cause analysis, develop/ solidify our data structure, and lead implementation of AI models.
She/he will work on developing best practices on data analytics in the team and will support projects requiring complex data analysis.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
1. Data Governance & Quality
• Implement data governance rules: Monitor the quality and reliability of ingestion pipelines using state-of-the-art observability tools.
• Infrastructure overhaul: Actively participate in rebuilding, migrating, and continuously improving our databases on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Automation: Design and deploy data engineering workflows.
2. Optimization of Collaborative Tools – AI
• Manage the coordination, quality control, and continuous improvement of the data sources powering an AI agent.
• Evaluate the clarity and structure of our document data base. Manage restructuring if needed.
• Implement performance follow up on the agent; design and distribute surveys to key business users.
3. AI Tool Design and Development
• Globally, support the design and development of innovative tools tailored to our business specific needs.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
Master in data science, Engineering school focused on statistics and data modelling.
Proficiency in Python, SQL, Excel. Knowledge in GCP, Looker is a plus.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data/processes and provide actionable recommendations.
Problem solving, team spirit, reliable, results-oriented, autonomous, at ease to explain models to non-specialist.
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, to collaborate with various internal stakeholders.
Fluent in French and English.
