What you will have an opportunity to do:
We are looking for a highly motivated individuals to join our Front Desk team as a Night Auditor. The ideal candidate uses their engaging personality to create a memorable first impression for our guests. This role serves the key hours where service is of utmost importance, typically from 11pm to 7am.
Your Role:
Check guests in, ensuring proper credit is received, special requests are noted and fulfilled, and accurate information is established.
Help to resolve problems through recovery when things aren’t quite right
What are we looking for?
Must have the ability to work the overnight hours
Bilingual a plus
Opera Cloud knowledge a plus
