Sr. Business Analyst

The Sr. Business Analyst is responsible for being the subject matter expert on one assigned business process area related Rite Hite’s operation. This role involves managing complex matrix of stakeholders globally and integrated applications in our IT eco-system.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• The foundation of this position is to be the subject matter expert for the assigned system applications area, as well as ancillary supporting software and Integration thereof. This includes providing a thorough and solid understanding of the system's capabilities, features and functionality, and staying abreast of additional features and functionality of the software as new releases are introduced.
• Work with broad spectrum of cross-functional stakeholders to collect the business requirements that can be Implemented in JDE ERP. This includes working with our global teams across Europe & China for process designing.
• Support various business key stakeholders in rationalizing the requirement and business for new enhancement requests. Ensure that requirements are prioritized based on business impact and value.
• Write detailed requirements and use cases for new products, features, enhancements, and other opportunities to accelerate growth while ensuring stability of our infrastructure.
• Track and report progress, identify risks and proactively prepare risk mitigation plans.
• Work collaboratively with internal partners and external vendors to develop, test, launch, validate and refine features. Ensure both internal and external collaborator abide by development policies and standards.
• Use your creativity, research, data analysis, and management skills to unearth issues and opportunities and to find solutions.
• Gain a deep understanding of our business processes, products, and the customer experience.
• Think and speak from the customer viewpoint (including business users). Create and maintain relationship with business stakeholders and act as a single point of contact for intake process for the business area.
• Use your passion, skills, and wisdom to bring our digital platforms to their full potential in service of the best customer experience and growth for our brands.
• Assess and develop innovative solutions to solve complex business workflows for key stakeholders in the designated environment
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Maintains an up-to-date knowledge base of process and system features and functionality in the assigned area.
• Successful implementation of process improvement efforts, problem resolution and system updates that meet users’ requirements, delivered on time, on budget, documented, and do not drastically disrupt the daily business activities.
• Successfully serve as a liaison between the business systems team, internal resources, external consulting resources as required to successfully perform the duties of this position.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
This position requires a 4-year degree in business (or a related field) or an equivalent combination of education and experience. The incumbent must possess excellent analytical skills in addition to excellent verbal and communication skills.
A minimum of 5 -7 year of experience in complex problem solving and business process designing.
Experience With Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne platform greatly preferred.
