Job Coach (DSP)
About BCRC:
Make a meaningful difference by helping adults and high school students with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities build independence, develop skills, and achieve success through community activities, volunteer opportunities, and paid employment.
As a part-time Job Coach, you will work 3 to 4 weekdays.
Schedule: Varies by department: 7:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
No nights
No weekends
No holidays
Youth Services program offers the option of summers off
As a part-time Job Coach your pay and benefits will be:
$18.40 / hour
Eleven paid holidays
Paid Time Off which begins accruing immediately.

No experience required. BCRC values and provides paid training for all staff.
In this role, you will:
Support participants in developing life, social, and prevocational skills both on-site and in the community.
Engage participants in meaningful social and community activities, including volunteering, arts, sports and cultural events, and other community experiences.
Coach participants through job shadowing while developing job skills, confidence, and workplace success.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent; some post-secondary education preferred.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to pass criminal background checks.
