About the role. A flexible, task-based ministry intern position — not tied to owning a specific lane. Most weeks are a mix of a few standing hands-on responsibilities plus whatever comes up, assigned through Asana.
Hours
Wednesday 4:30–6:00 PM and 9:00–10:00 PM — set up and help close down.
Flexibility to add time earlier the same day (e.g., 10:30 AM–12:00 PM) depending on the week.
Regular tasks
Student leader food: Place the weekly order and keep it within budget.
Cafe and Leader food: Sam's Club and other stores as needed.
Prepping for Wed. Nights: Get gear ready — and put away — for events and retreats.
Closet Organization: 1 hr each week to maintain closets
Printing: Wednesday night notes, any signage or poster needs
Potential Projects
Building out a closet inventory spreadsheet
Closet organization improvement
Data entry/management work
Fall Retreat item purchasing
Seasonal
Fall Retreat setup help (ramping up around Oct 22).
Room to grow
As this settles in, there's an opportunity to take on a project or two beyond the list above, depending on how the hours go and what's needed.
