Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
Clean and service assigned guest rooms, suites, villas, and corridors to ensure compliance with resort and Hilton brand standards.
Maintain exceptional cleanliness across a high-volume operation comprising 723 guestrooms and extensive public areas.
Make beds, change linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities according to established standards.
Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and polish all room surfaces, furniture, fixtures, and guest touchpoints.
Inspect rooms for maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damages and promptly report findings through the appropriate channels.
Ensure guestrooms are guest-ready and meet quality inspection standards before release for occupancy.
Clean and maintain guest corridors, service pantries, elevators, stairwells, and back-of-house areas as assigned.
Support the upkeep of large public spaces including lobbies, restaurants, ballrooms, meeting rooms, recreation facilities, and public restrooms.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, including extra amenities, cribs, rollaway beds, and special cleaning requirements.
Assist in managing linen, towel, and guest supply inventories to ensure adequate stock levels.
Follow proper procedures for handling lost and found items and maintain accurate documentation.
Adhere to all health, safety, hygiene, and chemical handling procedures.
Use cleaning equipment and machinery safely and efficiently, ensuring proper maintenance and storage after use.
Identify opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction through attention to detail and personalized service.
Comply with sustainability initiatives, including water conservation, waste reduction, and responsible use of cleaning products.
Work closely with Front Office, Engineering, Laundry, and Housekeeping supervisors to ensure efficient room turnover and guest satisfaction.
Meet established productivity standards while maintaining high levels of quality and attention to detail.
Handle guest belongings with care, discretion, and confidentiality at all times.
Maintain a professional appearance and uphold company grooming and service standards.
Support deep-cleaning projects, special events, VIP arrivals, and peak occupancy periods as required.
