2D Animator

Devowise Agency is looking for a talented 2D Animator to join our creative team on a remote basis.
We’re looking for someone who can turn ideas, scripts, and static designs into engaging animations for brands, products, social media, and digital campaigns.
What You'll Do
Create 2D animations, motion graphics, and explainer videos
Animate characters, illustrations, UI elements, and visual assets
Turn storyboards and concepts into polished animations
Create animations for social media, ads, websites, and marketing campaigns
Add transitions, effects, typography, and sound where needed
Collaborate with designers, video editors, and creative strategists
Maintain strong visual quality and consistency across projects
Requirements
Experience in 2D animation and motion design
Strong understanding of timing, composition, movement, and storytelling
Proficiency in tools such as After Effects, Adobe Animate, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work from a brief and bring creative ideas to the table
Good communication and ability to meet deadlines
Portfolio showcasing previous 2D animation work
Nice to Have
Character animation experience
Experience creating animations for social media and paid ads
Knowledge of motion graphics and kinetic typography
Basic video editing skills
Experience working with AI-assisted creative tools
