Product Manager - Content Team

At Infomediji, we are building the next generation of Spatial Media: a new way people experience video through interaction, multi-user presence, haptics, AI, and immersive storytelling.
DeoVR is a leading immersive streaming platform serving millions of users globally. Content creators and partners are central to this ecosystem, and we are looking for a Product Manager to make their experience simpler, clearer, and more scalable.

The Role
We are looking for a Product Manager - Content to own the product experience for our content partners across our streaming platform.
This is a product and engineering-facing role. You will work closely with Content Partnerships, Marketing, Design, and Backend Engineering to identify friction, define the right solutions, and deliver high-impact improvements.
What You Will Do
Own and improve the end-to-end product experience for content partners, creators, and studios
Map and optimise key partner workflows, including partner applications, onboarding, content submission, publishing, status tracking, and all related processes
Turn partner feedback, operational pain points, and business needs into clear product problems and prioritised solutions
Work closely with Backend Engineering to define scalable systems, workflows, integrations, and self-service tools
Partner with Content, Marketing to improve partner acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention
Define product requirements, success metrics, user stories, and delivery priorities
Lead product discovery and validate opportunities through qualitative feedback, data, and market research
Own the roadmap for content-partner-facing initiatives from discovery through delivery and iteration
What We Are Looking For
4+ years of Product Management experience in a digital product environment
Experience owning products or workflows connected to creators, partners, marketplaces, platforms, UGC, media, or SaaS
Strong technical understanding and confidence working closely with Backend Engineering teams
Ability to translate complex operational workflows into clear, scalable product solutions
Experience with product discovery, roadmap ownership, prioritisation, and delivery
High ownership, structured thinking, and comfort working in a fast-moving environment
Strong product judgement around AI: you can distinguish a meaningful product advantage from a feature that only sounds innovative
Fluency in English and Russian
Bonus Points
Experience with video, streaming, creator, affiliate, marketplace, or platform products
Product engineering or hands-on technical background
