Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Product Testing & Analysis
Manage and execute the collection, testing and analysis of products in real-time to ensure fast feedback for in-spec production
Develop expertise in product specifications, testing methods and equipment
Make suggestions of process adjustment to Line Operator
Line Operator - Back-up to Line Operator
Operate equipment for a specialized continuous production line via computerized control systems
As needed, lead a shift team that works together in a positive manner to achieve output and quality goals
Develop technical knowledge of equipment and raw materials to enable efficient and productive output of specified product performance
Enter inventory transactions via Syteline, Factory Track and FLOW system
