GeoSpatial Lead Analyst MAP

Job Summary
GeoSpatial Lead Analyst MAP role focuses on designing and optimizing geospatial solutions that integrate Generative AI PL SQL and Blue Yonder WMS for a global client base in a hybrid work model. The position requires ten to fourteen years of experience to drive complex warehouse optimization initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and deliver measurable value for customers and society.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross functional teams to analyze geospatial data and design optimized warehouse network solutions that improve delivery efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks
Develop advanced analytical models that combine geospatial intelligence with Generative AI techniques to predict demand patterns and optimize inventory placement strategies
Implement PL SQL based data pipelines that ensure accurate extraction transformation and loading of logistics and warehouse data into enterprise databases for reliable reporting
Configure and enhance Blue Yonder WMS functionalities to support complex distribution scenarios ensuring high system availability and consistent operational performance
Validate integration between Blue Yonder WMS and upstream as well as downstream applications by conducting thorough functional testing and resolving identified defects promptly
Document solution architectures process flows and configuration decisions in a clear and structured manner to support long term maintainability and knowledge sharing across the team
Partner with business stakeholders to gather detailed requirements translate them into functional specifications and align geospatial and warehouse solutions with strategic objectives
Mentor junior analysts by reviewing their design artifacts code deliverables and analytical outputs while fostering a culture of quality accountability and continuous learning
Perform detailed root cause analysis of production issues related to data quality system integration or configuration in order to restore services quickly and prevent recurrence
Optimize query performance within PL SQL driven environments by fine tuning indexes partition strategies and execution plans to support high volume transactional workloads
Apply Generative AI models responsibly to generate scenarios for route planning labor allocation and storage optimization while ensuring transparency and ethical use of data
Prepare and deliver concise presentations dashboards and reports that communicate complex geospatial and warehouse analytical insights to non technical stakeholders in an actionable format
Align daily activities with sustainability goals by identifying opportunities to reduce transportation distances energy consumption and waste within warehouse operations using data driven insights
Qualifications
Exhibit professional experience of at least ten years working with geospatial analytics warehouse management systems and enterprise data platforms in complex project environments
Demonstrate hands on proficiency in PL SQL including stored procedures performance tuning and relational data modeling to support robust analytics and reporting solutions
Show practical expertise with Blue Yonder WMS modules such as inventory management order fulfillment and labor management including configuration and troubleshooting exposure
Apply working knowledge of Generative AI techniques and tools to build prototypes experiments and production ready use cases that augment geospatial and warehouse decision processes
Communicate complex analytical findings clearly to both technical and non technical audiences while collaborating effectively in a hybrid work model with distributed teams
Display familiarity with supply chain logistics and fulfillment concepts including order orchestration transportation flows and warehouse process optimization gained through project experience
Adapt to evolving client priorities by managing multiple assignments simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality documentation testing and stakeholder satisfaction
Certifications Required
Blue Yonder WMS certification preferred and any recognized certification in Generative AI or advanced data analytics such as a cloud provider AI certification
