We are seeking a forward-thinking Marketing Specialist to focus on our EMHware and GoodTherapy products. The ideal candidate will have strong technical, analytical, and creative capabilities to accelerate our adoption of AI, automation, and data-driven marketing. This role will be responsible for transforming how our team executes campaigns, deploys content, and scales performance.
EMHware is a Canadian web-based Agency Management Software for mental health, addictions and social service agencies across Canada. With hundreds of agencies and tens of thousands of users across the country, we believe in treating agencies that use EMHware as partners in the improvement of mental health, addictions and social services within their communities.
GoodTherapy is a leading online mental health platform that connects people seeking therapy with licensed, vetted therapists through a trusted, values-driven directory. The platform emphasizes ethical practice, high-quality care, and accessible mental health support while helping therapists grow sustainable, successful practices.
Responsibilities:
AI & Content Automation
Leverage AI tools (e.g., generative AI, content optimization AI, automation assistants) to support content creation, deployment, and personalization.
Continuously evaluate emerging AI capabilities and recommend opportunities to enhance performance, efficiency, and experimentation.
Optimize AI-generated content for SEO, clarity, accessibility, and brand consistency.
Marketing Automation & Deployment
Build, manage, and optimize marketing automation workflows (HubSpot, email automation, lead nurture flows).
Implement A/B testing frameworks across paid, owned, and automated channels.
Partner with cross-functional teams to deploy content across websites, social channels, email, and CRM.
SEO & Digital Performance
Plan and execute SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO recommendations.
Use AI-powered SEO tools to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.
Monitor search performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and AI-enabled insight tools.
Analytics, Reporting & Insights
Build and maintain real-time dashboards to track marketing KPIs, funnel performance, and campaign outcomes.
Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for decision-makers.
Conduct experimentation analysis, attribution tracking, and audience segmentation using AI-supported analytics.
Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:
2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, automation, growth, analytics, or related fields.
Hands-on experience with AI and automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, HubSpot AI, Zapier, content optimization AI, marketing automation platforms).
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, keyword research tools, and performance reporting.
Experience building workflows in HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with enthusiasm for data-driven experimentation.
Ability to translate data, AI insights, and automation outputs into clear, compelling action.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project-management skills.
Curiosity, adaptability, and a growth mindset—thriving in fast-evolving AI-driven environments.
Where:
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $65,000 to $70,000 CAD per year in most Canadian locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
