Role & Responsibilities
Own category performance from concept to delivery: manage buy plans, vendor negotiations, costing, and timing for apparel/accessory segments.
Collaborate with design, sourcing, and logistics teams to ensure on-time, in-budget, quality-compliant production cycles.
Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and sales data to recommend assortment, markdown, and replenishment strategies.
Maintain vendor scorecards and compliance audits—ensuring ethical sourcing, quality control, and payment timelines.
Prepare and present seasonal merchandise reviews, budget forecasts, and KPI dashboards to senior stakeholders.
Lead fit sessions, sample approvals, and production reviews to align product with brand vision and commercial targets.
