Licensed Outpatient Therapist (LCSW, LPC-MHSP, LMFT)
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus AvailableStarting Salary: $62,000-$68,000
Centerstone is seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Outpatient Therapist to join our growing behavioral health team. This role provides the opportunity to deliver meaningful therapy services in a supportive outpatient setting while helping individuals and families improve their mental health and overall well-being.

What You'll Do
Conduct clinical intake assessments and establish diagnoses
Develop and update individualized treatment plans
Provide evidence-based therapy services based on client needs
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions as appropriate
Collaborate with supervisors and interdisciplinary team members
Provide services in person and/or virtually as needed
Demonstrate sound clinical judgment and ethical decision-making
Respond professionally and promptly to client needs
QualificationsRequired
Master's degree in:
Social Work
Counseling
Marriage and Family Therapy
Clinical Psychology
Related behavioral health field
Current Tennessee licensure as:
LCSW
LPC-MHSP
LMFT
Experience providing behavioral health services through employment, internship, practicum, or clinical training
Preferred
Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
Experience providing outpatient behavioral health services
Supervisory or leadership experience
Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
