Job Description​
The Opportunity:
We are hiring a Practice Manager for our Shoal Creek Primary Care/Multispecialty clinic.
The Shift:
The is a full time day shift position working M-F
The Work:
The Practice Manager assumes accountability for the overall planning, coordination and delivery of services.
Works collaboratively with physician operations leadership.
Assumes a leadership role in planning, developing and implementing programs and services which support the mission vision and strategic direction.
Provides practice management for a large and or multiple practices sometimes in multiple locations.
Proven track record of proactive operational excellence efforts leading to continuous financial quality and patient satisfaction improvement.
Independently identifies needs plans and successfully works within practice budgets.
Provides management to staff.
Previous healthcare management strongly preferred.
