Rockfon, a global leader in acoustic and fire-rated ceiling solutions, is hiring experienced Forklift Operators to join our Warehousing & Site Logistics team at our state-of-the-art Lockport distribution center. This position reports to the Distribution Center Manager, Logistics.

Hourly Rate: $21.00
Shift: First
Weekly Working Hours: 07:00 am to 03:30 pm – (Monday-Friday)
Role Overview:
As a Forklift Operator, you will be the backbone of our order fulfillment operation, safely and efficiently moving materials, loading trucks, and ensuring every shipment leaves our facility on time and damage-free, while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.
What You will Do:
Operate forklifts to pick, load, and unload customer orders with precision and speed
Verify inventory accuracy
Maintain a safe, organized work environment following 5S principles and all company safety protocols
Collaborate with your team to consistently meet on-time shipping, accuracy, and efficiency targets
Support inbound receiving, inventory movement, and cycle counting activities
What You Bring:
2-5 years of experience in highly fast-paced distribution center
Current forklift operator certification (or ability to obtain through our training program)
Proven experience with safe truck-loading/unloading practices and warehouse best practices
Proficiency with warehouse management systems and RF scanning equipment
Ability to lift and handle items up to 80 lbs safely
Strong communication skills, basic math ability, and English fluency
