About The Opportunity

We operate at the intersection of AI, GenAI, and enterprise tech, placing top-tier talent for roles ranging from LLM engineers to AI product leads—with deep expertise in sourcing, assessing, and closing candidates in competitive, fast-moving markets.
Role & Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end lateral hiring for AI/LLM specialists—sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across engineering, research, and product roles.
Partner with campus placement teams to design hiring pipelines for top-tier universities, managing tech assessments, coding challenges, and campus drives for AI/ML roles.
Build and maintain a high-velocity pipeline of passive and active AI talent through LinkedIn, GitHub, Kaggle, and developer communities.
Partner with hiring managers to define role profiles, compensation benchmarks, and interview rubrics tailored to LLM/AI domains.
Drive offer negotiation and onboarding coordination, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and high offer acceptance rates.
Track and report on sourcing KPIs—time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, pipeline health—to optimize hiring outcomes and ROI.
