About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP Fiori Developer to design, develop, and support modern SAP Fiori applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in SAPUI5/Fiori, solid backend integration experience, and exposure to S/4HANA environments. This role involves close collaboration with functional teams to deliver user-friendly, high-performance applications aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and enhance SAP Fiori applications (Freestyle and/or Fiori Elements)
Develop applications using SAPUI5, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, and XML
Work with OData services and integrate frontend applications with SAP backend systems
Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Customize and extend standard Fiori apps as per business needs
Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization
Support S/4HANA Fiori launchpad configuration, roles, and catalogs
Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, UX standards, and security guidelines
Support SIT/UAT activities and provide production support as required
Prepare technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials
Required Skills & Qualifications
12 years of SAP experience with strong focus on SAP Fiori / SAPUI5 development
Hands-on experience with SAPUI5, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and XML
Strong experience in developing and consuming OData services
Exposure to SAP S/4HANA environments
Good understanding of ABAP concepts (debugging, enhancements, CDS views – preferred)
Experience with Fiori Launchpad configuration
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid onsite/offshore model
Good to Have
Experience with Fiori Elements and CDS-based applications
Exposure to SAP BTP / Cloud Foundry
SAP Fiori or SAPUI5 certification
Experience working in large enterprise SAP landscapes
