Job Summary: This role is responsible for the ongoing health and strategic improvement of sales products, with a particular focus on AI-driven enhancements. You will drive the development and adoption of new AI capabilities to boost seller productivity and align with business objectives. The position requires bridging technical and business needs to ensure product excellence and deliver consistent value to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor product stability and proactively resolve issues.
Drive the vision and roadmap for AI skill development.
Partner with AI/ML teams to launch new AI-powered workflows.
Gather, document, and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders.
Define and track KPIs for product health and AI adoption.
Must-Have Skills:
Experience with AI development and relevant concepts.
Deep understanding of CRM systems and sales processes.
Proven product management experience.
Industry Experience:
Experience in B2B SaaS environments, particularly with sales tools and Go-to-Market (GTM) sales processes, is required.
