Agile Scrum Master/Technical Program Manager

LMI is seeking an Agile Scrum Master/Technical Program Manager to lead rapid discovery, intake, experimentation, proof-of-concept delivery, and evidence-based decision flow for Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) modernization initiatives. This role manages a fast-moving mix of technical and non-technical work and is intentionally broader than a software-only Scrum Master position. This position follows a hybrid work model, with an expectation of approximately 25% onsite presence at LMI’s Tysons headquarters or Washington, DC.
