Your Role And Responsibilities
As an Infrastructure Specialist in Platform Engineering Services, you will act as a trusted advisor to Client IT, providing expertise in infrastructure, security, and risk management. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure high-quality technical support, meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and adhering to process compliance.
Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include
Analyze and Resolve Incidents: Analyze and resolve infrastructure-related incidents, minimizing downtime and ensuring prompt restoration of services. This involves identifying root causes, implementing fixes, and verifying resolution.
Provision and Deploy Infrastructure: Provision, deploy, configure, and migrate infrastructure products to meet client needs, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to services.
Conduct Risk Assessments: Conduct business impact analyses and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities, providing recommendations to mitigate risks and enhance overall IT resilience.
Manage and Support Infrastructure: Manage and support infrastructure products, ensuring they are running at optimal levels, meeting performance and security requirements, and adhering to process compliance.
Ensure Process Compliance: Ensure that all infrastructure-related activities are performed in accordance with established processes and procedures, meeting SLAs and regulatory requirements.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
Exposure to Infrastructure Management: Experience working with infrastructure products, including provisioning, deployment, configuration, and migration, with a focus on ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to services.
Incident Analysis and Resolution: Exposure to analyzing and resolving infrastructure-related incidents, including identifying root causes, implementing fixes, and verifying resolution to minimize downtime and ensure prompt restoration of services.
Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Experience working with business impact analyses and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities, providing recommendations to mitigate risks and enhance overall IT resilience.
Infrastructure Support and Maintenance: Exposure to managing and supporting infrastructure products, ensuring they are running at optimal levels, meeting performance and security requirements, and adhering to process compliance.
Process Compliance and SLA Management: Experience working with established processes and procedures to ensure that all infrastructure-related activities meet SLAs and regulatory requirements.

Advanced Infrastructure Knowledge: Exposure to complex infrastructure products, including provisioning, deployment, configuration, and migration, with a focus on ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to services.
