Role Overview
As an RN, you will provide leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care. You will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, while also educating patients and their families. This role is essential in ensuring effective communication with the healthcare team and maintaining clinical competence to support optimal patient outcomes.

What You Will Do
Role will include triaging patient phone calls, advice requests,
Administering injections a few times a week.
Most Epic in-basket work.
Delegating tasks to medical assistants.
Provide leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care.
Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and education.
Delegate, supervise, and document nursing care and teaching for patients and their families.
Effectively communicate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain and demonstrate current clinical knowledge in your area of specialty.
Need a candidate who feels comfortable delegating and being a leader for the MA's. Need somebody who gets along with co-workers, and has solid attendance
Required Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse.
Current BLS or ACLS certification per Henry Ford Health policy.
Successful completion of Henry Ford Ambulatory orientation.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
Preferred experience in the specialty.
