Our Phoenix Skilled Office is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one care for a pediatric client in Buckeye, AZ. If you are looking for meaningful nursing work where you can build relationships and make a lasting impact, this opportunity may be the perfect fit.
Client Needs/Available Shifts:
Provide one-on-one nursing care for a pediatric client requiring tracheostomy and ventilator care in the home setting. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse seeking consistent, high-acuity pediatric care while making a difference in a child's life.

Compensation:
Competitive hourly pay: $35-40/hour (client specific)

What makes private duty nursing different than home health visits?
Traditional shifts (4’s, 8’s, 10’s or 12’s)
Hands-on care with only one client per day
Building client relationships and watching their milestones

Travel to one client’s home near you on a schedule you choose
Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
Document observations, interventions, and evaluations

Qualifications for a private duty RN:
Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Arizona
One year of experience working as a Registered Nurse
Trach experience preferred, but not required
