DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role
As the Solutions Engineer, you will have multiple responsibilities within presales, and occasionally post-sales support.
This role will report to the Manager, Solutions Engineer.
As the Solutions Engineer, you will:
Be the network security solutions advisor, provide pre-sales support to the Sales teams and partners: responding to questions and inquiries, providing demos, competitive analysis, networking and security design, and specifications, etc. for products and technologies
Work with the Vendor Management and Marketing teams to develop and conduct product update, short course trainings, and webinars for internal sales teams as well as customers
Conduct discovery and scoping call for Professional Services Projects
Provide technical expertise and support to all team members
Initiate and provide the life cycle of vendor solution POC, Proof of Concept
Other technical duties as necessary
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you
The ideal Solutions Engineer:
· 2+ years of hands-on TCP/IP networking experience
· 1+ year of Firewall, switches, WiFi, Endpoint security industry knowledge
· Multitasking and motivated to learn new skills and take on new challenge
· Excellent communication skills within a team, cross-teams, ensure service SLA is within 30 mins.
· Maintain 6+ vendors products technical certifications
· Being a team player and contributor are essential for the success this role and the team

Exempt, Base Salary plus Bonus ($110K to $120K OTE)
