Job Description:
Forklift Operator– Converting Department
Baltimore, OH
Starting Pay: $25.96/hour
12-Hour Shifts | 7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
2-2-3 Rotating Schedule | Union Facility
Quarterly Bonus Target: 10%

We're looking for dependable, motivated individuals who want more than just a forklift job.
This position offers the opportunity to learn our converting operations and progress from
Forklift Operator → Machine Helper → Machine Operator.
What You'll Do:
Forklift Operator
Operate a sit-down forklift to safely transport finished products and materials throughout the mill.
Package finished products according to customer specifications, including ticketing, banding, and wrapping.
Transport products to various on-site warehouses.
Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
Follow all safety policies and procedures.
Complete computer-based safety training.
Machine Helper
Assist Machine Operators with converting equipment and production activities.
Learn machine parts, equipment setup, operation, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting.
Monitor product quality and assist with adjustments as needed.
Follow production standards and customer specifications.
Support the operator in maintaining a safe and efficient work area.
Machine Operator
Operate converting machinery safely and efficiently.
Set up and adjust equipment to meet production and quality requirements.
Monitor machine performance and product quality.
Troubleshoot equipment and production issues.
Complete required production documentation.
What We're Looking For
Dependable with a strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
Willingness to learn new equipment, processes, and responsibilities.
Mechanical aptitude and an interest in learning machine parts and equipment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to follow detailed safety and operating procedures.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
Forklift experience is a plus but not required. Job-specific training, including Powered Industrial Truck training, is provided.
