Sr Specialist, Talent Development

The purpose of this job is to provide tools, training, and management of software applications to improve Pilot culture, human resources practices, and leadership/Team Member skills and employment experience.
Facilitate discussions with leadership and key stakeholders to understand needs and provides management of training courses and employee certifications in the LMS.
Facilitate training programs for field team members.
Program Manager of Learning Management System for Field and SSC Training
Manages Serv-Safe Portal- Field Leader Food Safety Certification/Compliance
Manages Serv-Safe Program and Content Development
Assist with Talent Development programs, projects, and initiatives needed including:
eLearning content for Pilot Learning (LMS)
Onboarding and career pathing programs
Performance management tools
Field Leadership development programs
Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and Team Members are supported at the highest level
Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
Complete other duties as assigned
Bachelor’s degree in business or related fields preferred
Experience in training and human resources required
Technical and Analytical experience is required
