What would you do?
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Analyst with 3+ years of experience in procurement and sourcing activities. The candidate will be responsible for managing purchasing processes, supplier relationships, contract compliance, and cost optimization initiatives while ensuring timely delivery of goods and services What are we looking for?
Strong understanding of procurement and sourcing processes.
Experience with procurement tools such as Coupa, SAP Ariba, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
Knowledge of contract management and supplier negotiations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including requisition processing, sourcing, bidding, and purchase order creation.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and ensure timely fulfillment.
Conduct supplier evaluations, negotiations, and performance reviews.
Analyze spend data and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and contractual obligations.
Monitor purchase orders and resolve supplier-related issues.
Support contract management activities, including renewals and amendments.
Prepare procurement reports, dashboards, and spend analytics.
Collaborate with finance and accounts payable teams to resolve invoice discrepancies.
Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier databases.
Participate in process improvement and procurement transformation initiatives.
