Data Insights Analys (Remote, Entry-Level)

Role Description The Data Insights Analyst (Remote, Entry-Level) is a part-time role focused on turning community and engagement data into clear, actionable insights. On a day-to-day basis, the analyst will collect and organize data from Linked on LinkedIn activities, analyze trends in member engagement and content performance, and support the team with reports and dashboards. The role includes preparing simple visualizations, assisting in basic data modeling, and communicating findings to non-technical stakeholders in an accessible way. The analyst will collaborate remotely with community managers and content strategists to inform decisions that improve member experience and support community growth.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret patterns, trends, and correlations in data.
Foundational knowledge of data analytics and statistics to support quantitative evaluation of community and content performance.
Basic experience with data modeling concepts to organize and structure data for reporting and insight generation.
Clear, concise communication skills to explain data findings to diverse audiences and collaborate effectively in a remote setting.
Comfort using spreadsheets or entry-level analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, basic BI platforms).
Interest in professional networking, digital communities, and career development.
Ability to work independently, manage time in a part-time remote environment, and learn new tools quickly.
Relevant coursework or training in data analytics, statistics, business, or related fields is beneficial; prior internship or project experience is a plus.
