Your Key Responsibilities
Technical Excellence
Strong hands-on expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including core HR data configuration and maintenance. Experience in implementing and supporting SuccessFactors solutions within technology consulting engagements. Ability to work with HR processes and system requirements to configure employee lifecycle functionality effectively. Working knowledge of SuccessFactors integration and data handling concepts to support reliable system operations. Exposure to SuccessFactors PMGM is preferred and adds value in broader HCM module support and configuration.

Experience

SAP Implementation (5+ years)
