About the role
The Operations Manager ensures smooth and efficient daily operations across one or more processing centers in Saudi Arabia. This role oversees facility operations, inventory, and process optimization while supporting cross-functional teams to meet performance goals. The Operations Manager leads training, resolves operational issues, and ensures readiness for high-volume periods, maintaining seamless execution and strong customer satisfaction across all sites.
What you’ll do
Responsible for the smooth operation of the processing center across all shifts
Leads training and meeting sessions for the processing staff
General handy-person duties around the hub, a plus
Works with Property Manager to ensure work around the facility is completed on an appropriate timeline
Address facility, tech, and space issues with licensees.
Works with Customer Success team members to ensure licensees are ready for big orders/ launches/ spikes in business
Troubleshoots processing center, kitchen, and facility hardware issues
Inventory & Ordering; Audits
Review daily inventories and make orders to replenish inventories when needed
Performs storage and common area audits
Reviews and reports KPI metrics to facility management and processing team; contributes to goal setting and planning
Coaching new and existing shift leads
Filling in shifts during call-outs, general staffing help
Reviews financials and supports P&L understanding, comfortable working with numbers to see their impact on operations.
What we’re looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field (preferred).
5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in logistics, fulfillment, or food processing environments.
Strong organizational skills, with experience managing teams across multiple shifts.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot facility, inventory, and process issues.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. (Arabic & English essential)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Knowledgeable about Food Safety requirements.
Background in financials and P&L metrics.
