Job Description
What You Will Do
Greet guests with warmth and help with luggage during check-in and check-out.
Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel features and amenities.
Run errands for guests, deliver packages, and assist with valet or transportation needs.
Keep lobby and front drive clean, organized, and guest-ready.
Assist with storing luggage, managing lost & found, and responding to guest requests.
What We Are Looking For
Guest service experience preferred – You know how to create a warm, welcoming first impression.
Friendly, professional attitude – Because kindness is always in style.
Good communication skills – Clear, courteous, and helpful with every guest interaction.
Physically ready – Able to lift luggage, stand, and walk for most of your shift.
Flexible availability – Guests arrive at all hours, and you’re ready to roll with it.
