We are currently seeking a Software Development Advisor to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
Define and own the product vision and roadmap for digital factory planning products, aligning quarterly delivery with organisational OKRs and business priorities.
Lead the migration of 15+ critical factory planning applications from Germany to India, owning budgeting, timeline management, and stakeholder alignment to ensure zero operational disruption.
Drive delivery speed and process improvements across a cross-functional squad of 10 engineers, including establishing sprint cadences, refining backlog prioritisation, and reducing cross-team dependency blockers.
Own and refine the product backlog, translating business and stakeholder requirements into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Build and maintain product metrics dashboards tracking adoption, engagement, and user retention; use data-driven insights to inform roadmap and feature decisions.
Establish user persona frameworks and journey maps for factory planning users, anchoring product and design decisions in real operational needs.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies — sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives — to ensure consistent, predictable delivery.
Present roadmap, delivery status, and trade-off decisions to senior leadership and client stakeholders across geographically distributed teams (Germany and India), proactively managing expectations in a high-visibility programme.
Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, engineering, and architecture teams for all product-related decisions.
