Senior Software Engineer

Job Description
DUTIES: Work in a fast-paced environment with business technology and designers to build new capabilities platforms features and improving existing capabilities. Responsible for customizing developing and supporting solutions on the force.com platform. Drive salesforce enhancements and improvements. Build integrations between salesforce and other internal systems to automate business processes. Develop Apex and Java Script lightning components lightning web components visualforce flows omni script and flex cards to extend Salesforce. Verify solutions by writing and executing automated test classes. Collaborate mentor and guide other engineers within the team. Document and analyze processes procedures and ensure code is properly documented. Create and maintain a code repository to ensure a seamless deployment process for all team members. Stay current on the latest trends and Salesforce releases. Self-directed can solve business problems from inception to implementation can solve business problems without explicit direction. Hybrid Work Policy - 3 days In-office, 2 days remote - Must be able to report to local office.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field of study. Five(5) years of experience as a Software Engineer, Salesforce Developer, Safety and Crash Analyst, or related occupation. OR Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field of study. Three (3) years of experience as a Software Engineer, Salesforce Developer, Safety and Crash Analyst, or related occupation. Two (2) years of experience in the following: Programming and configuring with Force.com Apex including classes and triggers, lightning components, lightning Web Components, Visualforce Flows, Omni Script, Flex Cards, JavaScript (ES6), and ReactJS; Software Development; Designing and developing large scale technology solutions with insights into Salesforce Sales Cloud Service Cloud; Salesforce SOQL, and SOSL security model Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Chatter, and Force.com product offerings; and Design experience in Salesforce lightning UI and user-based security models. One (1) year of experience in the following: Objected Oriented design patterns; Database concepts and data modeling design; modeling and application design architecture; and identify platform risk issues and dependencies.
