The Opportunity
As an Adobe Transformation Director, you will lead efforts within our Data and Analytics practice to leverage advanced analytical techniques, driving insights and informed business decisions for our clients. You will utilize your skills in data manipulation, visualization, and statistical modeling to support clients in optimizing their operations and achieving strategic goals. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. You will cultivate potential in others and actively collaborate across the PwC Network, understanding tradeoffs and leveraging collective strength.
In this role at PwC, you will be instrumental in shaping the direction of client engagements and mentoring the next generation of leaders. Responsibilities
- Leading strategic data analysis initiatives to drive business growth and client satisfaction
- Utilizing advanced analytics techniques to extract insights from large datasets and support data-driven decision-making
- Overseeing the development and implementation of data visualization and statistical modeling solutions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address complex business challenges through data-driven strategies
- Mentoring and guiding team members in leveraging data manipulation and visualization tools to optimize client operations
- Promoting the integration of innovative technologies and practices within data analytics projects
- Confirming data integrity and security within analytics frameworks
- Identifying market opportunities and converting them into successful outcomes for the organization
- Driving thought leadership by developing new ideas, solutions, and structures in data analytics
- Balancing long-term strategic planning with short-term execution to achieve client objectives
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Engineering, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer and Information Science, Economics, Finance
- At least one of the following: a Certification in databases (Databricks, MS SQL), visualization tools (Power BI), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), or predictive modeling/ML (Python, SAS)
- Demonstrating strategic leadership in data analysis and client support
- Utilizing advanced data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau
- Leading complex data-driven projects with a focus on innovation
- Promoting technological advances in data analytics and AI
- Mentoring teams to cultivate potential and drive business growth

Job Posting End Date
The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
