Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in application development to enhance team productivity and product quality.
Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth and technical skills.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
Good To Have Skills: Experience with Unix Shell Scripting, SRE Observability.
Strong knowledge of application design principles and software development methodologies.
Experience in configuring and integrating applications to meet complex business requirements.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues across multiple application components.
Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization techniques for enterprise applications.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Spring Boot.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
