Plumbing Foremen play a critical role in keeping mechanical construction projects moving forward safely, efficiently, and on schedule. By leading field crews, coordinating daily work activities, and overseeing plumbing system installations, they ensure quality craftsmanship, code compliance, and successful project delivery.
At RK Industries, you'll provide hands-on leadership in the field, managing manpower, material planning, productivity, and installation execution while partnering closely with project managers, superintendents, and other trades. Your expertise helps drive project performance, resolve challenges in real time, and develop the next generation of skilled tradespeople through mentorship and training.

What You’ll Do
Lead and coordinate onsite plumbing installation activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Manage daily workforce planning, material and equipment needs, quality control, code compliance, and project documentation.
Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and customers to resolve issues, maintain productivity, and drive successful project execution.
What You Bring
Journeyman-level plumbing experience, with leadership experience overseeing field crews on commercial, industrial, or multi-family construction projects.
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, installation methods, safety practices, code compliance, scheduling, and workforce coordination.
Commitment to safety, quality craftsmanship, mentorship, and delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced construction environment.
