Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated candidate to serve as a Program Integrator (PI) supporting NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) Global Patriot Program. You will be working closely with, and influence the Patriot Product Line, Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), and Cross Product Teams (CPTs) in delivery of the material, services, and support contracts executed by NSPA for multiple Patriot partners.
You will assist with providing tactical direction for program execution and maintain program cadence to ensure contract and company requirements, deliverables, and reporting are met using the approved business model and management tools. This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable program-level experience and exposure for candidates seeking to grow their career in Program Management.
What You Will Do
Lead proposal execution for NSPA programs, including development of pricing at multiple proposal stages, coordinating requests for information, negotiations, and agreement (in collaboration with Contracts);
Execute daily program cadence (battle rhythm) such as risk review boards, schedule performance management, customer reviews, IPT/CPT reviews, program management reviews (PMRs), staffing reviews, and decision reviews to achieve contract commitments
Prepare, revise, update, and monitor required documentation and analysis in compliance with contract requirements, Integrated Product Development System (IPDS), Corporate and Business policies and procedures – mostly good feedback;
Directly support the program risk and opportunity process in accordance with specific financial goals and obligations;
Meeting business and contractual commitments including financial, technical, and schedule performance of assigned program(s) within contractual boundaries and company expectations;
Develop program-enhancing partnerships with internal functional organizations (typically organized into integrated product teams (IPTs) and/or cross product teams (CPTs)) including but not limited to Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, Logistics, Data Management (CDRL support), and administrative functions;
Coordinate customer program reviews, prepare for customer visits;
Proactively identify gaps and obstacles. Communicate effectively - up, out, and across. Cultivate a culture of accountability and teamwork.

Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and minimum 7 years of experience is required
Experience with financial analysis tools and project management tools and/or systems
Experience leading cross-functional teams to include, but not limited to, any combination of the following: Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, Logistics, Data Management (CDRL support) and/or administrative functions
Experience preparing cost proposals and/or gate packages
Qualifications We Prefer
International program execution experience, Foreign Military Sales, Foreign Military Financing, or Direct Commercial Sales experience is a plus
Demonstrated program execution experience managing program staffing, assignments and resources
Experience developing and reviewing cost proposals and synthesizing Proposal Review and Contract Start-up packages for management review and approval
Working knowledge of contract formation, execution, and management
Program Management Certified Level 6 or Equivalent, or ability to obtain within 12 months

ONSITE: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
This position requires a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. This position is an ONSITE role located in Tewksbury, MA.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
