Summary:
Join our Environmental Services team and help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our patients, visitors, and staff. In this role, you’ll perform a variety of essential cleaning and environmental services duties while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and infection prevention throughout the facility.

Responsibilities:
Maintains all areas according to departmental standards.
Ensures proper infection control procedures when processing linen, trash, medical waste, and performing cleaning tasks.
Demonstrates awareness and understanding of the PI Program, Excellence in Action, Competencies, and the Mission & Vision of PRMC.
Maintains and uses housekeeping equipment properly and safely.
Reports pertinent information to the supervisor or appropriate authority.
Performs departmental record keeping.
Performs all duties necessary to ensure appropriate linen and supply levels.
Performs floor care.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma and/or GED.
Less than one year experience in institutional housekeeping
