Senior Product Finance & Analytics Manager

Job Overview:
Product is evolving to meet a changing market, and how we invest, prioritize, and manage our portfolio has real strategic weight in that evolution. This role exists to make sure those decisions are grounded in real financial visibility and directly connected to performance. This is a hands-on, build-it-from-scratch role — the person in this seat will build our product-level P&L reporting, define the methodology in partnership with Finance and Accounting, build the financial models behind our investment decisions, and become the financial and analytical partner behind Product's most strategic bets.
Job Responsibilities:
Design and stand up P&L reporting for each product line, in partnership with Finance and Accounting, including cost allocation methodology
Build financial models to support investment decisions across the product portfolio, including scenario and sensitivity analysis
Partner with Product leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis once the P&L baseline is established
Analyze product usage and adoption data directly, connecting performance metrics to financial outcomes
Build and maintain dashboards linking product KPIs to P&L drivers
Support business cases for new features or investments with data-backed ROI analysis
Help design recurring operating rhythms (QBRs, monthly business reviews) with standardized financial and product reporting
Partner with Finance, Data, and Product Management to keep metric definitions consistent across systems and teams
Job Requirements:
8 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or product finance, including direct experience building financial reporting from scratch
Strong modeling skills in Excel/Google Sheets, with comfort in scenario and sensitivity analysis
Strong data literacy, including proficiency in Tableau, and comfort working directly in product usage/analytics data
Experience partnering cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, and Product or Engineering teams
Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into structured analysis and clear recommendations
Comfort working with incomplete data and building the case for what needs to change
Background in SaaS or subscription-based product economics
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in a product operations function, or supporting one
Experience presenting financial analysis to senior/executive stakeholders
