Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Dynamics 365 Administration and Reliability
Administer Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Warehouse Management configurations, workflows, system parameters, and approved application settings.
Monitor application health, batch jobs, recurring processes, and system performance; investigate failures and coordinate timely resolution.
Manage incidents and service requests, prioritize issues based on operational impact, and communicate status and resolution to affected teams.
Coordinate updates, releases, environment refreshes, and deployments with IT and implementation partners; maintain change records, test results, and recovery plans.
Manage configuration changes across development, test, and production environments using documented approval and release procedures.
Warehouse and Inventory Systems Support
Support receiving, putaway, replenishment, inventory transfers, cycle counting, picking, packing, and shipping processes in Dynamics 365.
Support order planning, wave processing, order release, warehouse work creation, and mobile device workflows in partnership with warehouse operations.
Maintain approved warehouse setup, including locations, location directives, work templates, wave templates, item tracking, and inventory status controls.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Continued
Support lot and batch traceability, expiration date controls, first-expired-first-out inventory rotation, and inventory holds for food distribution operations.
Investigate inventory discrepancies and transaction errors with Inventory Control; resolve root causes while preserving transaction history and audit trails.
Support USDA operational requirements through accurate system configuration, inventory visibility, transaction records, and reporting.
User Access and Security
Administer user access, security roles, duties, and privileges according to approved requests and least-privilege principles.
Coordinate onboarding, role changes, and timely removal of access; conduct periodic access reviews and support segregation of duties controls.
Partner with IT on identity management, cybersecurity requirements, data protection, audit evidence, and business continuity planning.
Data Management and Integrations
Manage controlled data imports, exports, migrations, and approved mass updates using supported Dynamics 365 tools; validate results and reconcile exceptions.
Monitor master data and transaction quality, including item, customer, vendor, warehouse, and inventory records; coordinate corrections with business owners.
Monitor EDI, API, Dataverse, customer application, and reporting interfaces; investigate failures and coordinate resolution with technical partners.
Maintain documentation of integration dependencies, error handling, reconciliation procedures, and assigned support responsibilities.
Reporting and Process Improvement
Develop and maintain operational reports and Power BI dashboards for inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, warehouse productivity, and program compliance.
Gather business requirements, identify process gaps, and recommend practical configuration, reporting, and automation improvements.
Support Power Apps and Power Automate solutions within approved governance and deployment standards.
Coordinate functional testing and user acceptance testing; verify critical warehouse and financial processes before production changes.
Work with external partners to define requirements, track deliverables, validate completed work, and resolve recurring system issues.
Training and User Support
Serve as the primary Dynamics 365 application support resource and coordinate escalation to IT, Microsoft support, or external partners as needed.
Create and maintain user guides, standard operating procedures, configuration records, and a searchable support knowledge base.
Train users on approved processes and provide hands-on support during implementations, go-lives, and operational changes.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
At least three years of hands-on experience administering or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations applications, with demonstrated Supply Chain Management and Warehouse Management experience.
Experience supporting warehouse or distribution operations and business users in a multi-site environment.
Experience managing application security, user permissions, configurations, incidents, and controlled system changes.
Experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, functional testing, and user acceptance testing.
Working knowledge of inventory transactions, warehouse workflows, order fulfillment, and lot or batch traceability.
Experience with Dynamics 365 data management tools and business application integrations; ability to investigate data and interface errors.
Strong Excel skills and familiarity with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft collaboration tools.
Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and organizational skills; ability to explain technical issues to business users and manage competing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, Finance, or Power Platform.
Experience supporting food distribution, consumer packaged goods, third-party warehousing, or regulated inventory environments.
Experience supporting USDA programs, government contract requirements, or Web-Based Supply Chain Management (WBSCM) data exchanges.
Familiarity with Dataverse, Microsoft Azure fundamentals, EDI, APIs, and SQL or relational data concepts.
Experience with financial controls, audit support, access reviews, and segregation of duties.
Experience applying Lean or other structured continuous improvement methods.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements
Work primarily from Henderson, Colorado, with occasional travel to other warehouse and distribution facilities.
Work in office and warehouse settings when supporting operational systems, including warehouse mobile devices and related equipment.
Provide occasional support outside normal business hours for critical incidents, scheduled releases, and go-lives.
Perform computer-based work for extended periods and occasionally lift or move equipment weighing up to 25 pounds, with reasonable accommodation as applicable.
Benefits
Proposed annual base salary: $95,000–$125,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and Dynamics 365 expertise. Annual performance incentive eligibility.
