The position demands continuous vigilance and collaboration with different teams to maintain system reliability and support business continuity effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues.
Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server Administration.
Strong knowledge of database performance tuning and optimization techniques.
Experience in backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning for database systems.
Ability to monitor and troubleshoot database-related issues in a production environment.
Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline routine database tasks.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server Administration.
This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
