Day - 08 Hour (United States of America)
This is a Stanford Health Care job.
A Brief Overview
Perform a wide range of support activities to maintain and improve shared spaces, i.e., break rooms, locker rooms, conference rooms for the department to facilitate the efficient operations of the organization

What you will do
Perform daily supply replenishment across multiple break rooms.
Perform inventory, order supplies, and put away supplies upon receipt.
Perform daily condition assessments of each area/facility according to standard work, including appropriate documentation and follow-up.
Assist with incident response by disseminating the appropriate communication using standard communication protocols.
Manage, update, and report on status of work orders according to standard work.
Disseminate communication to leaders and employees related to environment of care impacts.
Document and generate reports from data electronic system. Review documentation for completeness according to standard work.
Manage multiple email and calendar accounts for conference room reservations.
Manage and triage shared email accounts including visiting observer requests.
Assign newly onboarded employees with locker assignments.
Perform annual audits of locker assignments.
Perform annual audits of office space & workstations.
Education Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
Experience Qualifications
Two years of office work experience with customer facing roles required
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Familiarity and knowledge of computer skills and relevant software (Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Familiarity and knowledge of operation of standard office equipment (telephone, copier, fax machine, etc.)
Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping
Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management
Ability to demonstrate business communications skills (verbal, written, listening, reading)
Ability to follow standard operating policies and procedures
Ability to demonstrate information gathering and information monitoring skills
Ability to plan and organize
Ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to assess and solve problems
Attention to detail and accuracy skills
Ability to demonstrate customer service skills
Ability to work in a team environment

Base Pay Scale: Generally starting at $41.09 - $46.27 per hour
The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training. This pay scale is not a promise of a particular wage.
